We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts of a well-known scale-up company and play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, as well as a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, challenging and high-growth environment. S/he is also expected to drive revenue growth, and enhancing market presence through strategic P&R and cutting-edge digital campaigns through Social Media (Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). This role entails actively managing all marketing-related initiatives while also fostering the growth of the current marketing team with a champion mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals. Leverage expertise in TikTok and Instagram to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and create meaningful connections with our target audience.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and values, placing a particular emphasis on leveraging P&R and digital marketing. Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, guiding them in creating innovative and impactful campaigns.
  • Public Relations (P&R): Lead P&R efforts to establish and maintain positive relationships with media, stakeholders, and partners. Craft compelling narratives and oversee media outreach to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Agency Management: Skillfully manage agency partnerships, ensuring collaboration, clear communication, and alignment with our marketing objectives. Oversee the selection, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of external agencies to maximize their impact on our marketing efforts.
  • Influencer Marketing Strategy: Successfully conceptualized and executed influencer marketing campaigns that aligned with brand goals and resonated with target audiences. Leveraged data-driven insights to identify appropriate influencers and develop tailored strategies that resulted in increased brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive the digital transformation of our marketing efforts by harnessing technology and data analytics to optimize campaigns, reach wider audiences, and increase ROI. Spearhead digital marketing strategies to effectively engage online audiences.
  • Brand Management: Define and elevate our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints. Oversee the development of compelling brand narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience and engagement through strategic initiatives that build loyalty and advocacy. Foster relationships with key customer segments to drive customer-centric strategies.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Drive effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, creating compelling value propositions and narratives for different market segments.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that enhance our brand visibility and contribute to business growth.
  • Marketing Performance: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI, specifically focusing on P&R impact and digital marketing performance. Regularly report on key performance metrics to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are optimally utilized to achieve desired outcomes across P&R and digital campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering from reputable universities in Turkey or abroad; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, demonstrating successful development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, with a strong background in P&R and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Exceptional Adaptation Skills: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Proven track record of successfully adjusting strategies in response to market shifts, technological advancements, and consumer behavior changes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering growth and improving marketing ROI.
  • Experience in telecommunication, pharma, FMCG and retail/e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a MUST.
